Toronto, November 8, 2024 – The TLN 10 Most Influential Hispanic Canadians were announced last night shining a spotlight on excellence, resilience, and cultural pride. Highlights from the evening included powerful welcome remarks from Anaida Poilievre, online publisher and wife of Conservative Party of Canada leader Pierre Poilievre; an inspiring keynote from Baxter Hunt, U.S. Consul General in Toronto; and performances from the Mexican Folk Ballet and by award-winning jazz prodigy Hilario Duran, past program awardee - all hosted by TLN’s own Camila Gonzalez. The program was presented by TLN Media Group with the Canadian Hispanic Business Alliance. The event was attended by over 200 people including past awardees and Consuls from Spanish speaking countries.
